This three-building amenities club is a one-of-a-kind recreational space featuring bowling lanes, pickleball courts, VR golf simulators, and modern lounge areas. Our team engineered a custom HVAC system tailored to meet the diverse needs of each activity zone—ensuring optimal comfort, clean air, and seamless temperature control throughout the facility.

With a focus on flexibility and energy efficiency, we designed climate solutions that adapt to the unique demands of multi-use recreational spaces. Noise control, zoning, and airflow were carefully calibrated to enhance the experience in every area—from high-energy courts to quiet lounges.
